We have collaborated with colleagues in the USA to sequence various host markers and pathogen specific antibodies. This list includes 24 anti-cattle antibodies from WSU, 63 anti-pig antibodies from USDA, and 6 anti-flavivirus antibodies. All these reagents are curated on Immunological Toolbox website and available as sequences on request, subject to approval by their corresponding owners.
